Is the Endel AI app really helpful?
Big Yes! Helps greatly especially with focus (if you lose attention fast or feel anxious at work) and getting into the flow of things.
And yes, the soundscapes are quite impactful mostly- they mostly leave you feeling relaxed – just be sure to choose the noise that works best for your case (depending on your mood).
In addition, the overall UI of Endel app is amazing- whether you are using it to sleep better (You can either play the soundscapes over headphones/earbuds or over a speaker placed on your nightstand)
OR to work and relax(at the same time).
In fact, it’s an outstanding alternative guided meditation apps because of its extensive range of sound-based features (the sounds end up becoming like a daily companion).
Also, the support team is really helpful- they are prompt and will help you fix any problems with the app.
What is it’s main strength?
Why Endel is fantastic is because they use AI to ensure there is no repetition or some funny, tinny sounds in the app’s relaxing/sleep mixes (thanks to AI).
Plus, I absolutely love that you can tweak the soundscapes as needed.
So you effortlessly zone out and eventually feel rested (imagine falling asleep within minutes of getting into bed and sleeping the whole night?).
The choice(s) of environment is also impressive.
There is a pomodoro timer (for hyperfocus) too.
About the pricing
They give discounted offers occasionally so you can try to time- and also you can search for Endel App coupon code to try and bring the cost down.
Reminder: There’s the free version for experimentation purposes- I think it’s the best approach instead of going straight to the app’s paid plan.
Can Endel App AI damage hearing?
It is recommended you use it <75Db – that’s routinely fine for most people but to be safe, I suggest you follow the recommendations by CDC when setting noise levels.

One thing I don’t like is that refunds- if you paid for the whole year and you are unhappy- is that you can’t get automatic refunds: You have to write to them at ask@endel.io to have the team help you get a refund!

Endel App Alternative (Free)
If you are looking for a free alternative to Endel App, I have not come across such a great one but you can try getting a nice playlist on YouTube – why not? If you can nail it, you are likely to get the same experience (since the app’s main strength is the sounds).
