As you might be aware, most ai voice generators (Speechify, ElevenLabs, VoiceAi, etc.) are paid(and even those with a trial window tend to need you to submit your credit card details) to get access.
Which many of us are uncomfortable doing..so, is there a free ai voice generator (Ai voice generator no sign up).
The good news is there are some pretty powerful voice generators that don’t need to even sign up…(completely free)..
Read on to discover the tools you can use to generate voice overs for your projects without paying a penny…
Ai voice generator no sign up (is there a free ai voice generator?)
The following are probably the best free ai voice generators, from my research.
And before I just reveal my best picks, I have to say there are not very many free ai voice generators that are good enough.
In fact, the truth is that you’ll most likely need an application that is locally installed if you’re looking for a 100% free ai voice generator (unlimited characters).
With that out of the way, below are the voice generators that I found to give fairly good results (not sounding very robotic) and that do not have a paywall.
Tortoise TTS
Tortoise TTS is, in general, considered the best free ai voice generator- it is the leader when it comes to open source options.
Problem is, it needs serious VRAM (NVIDIA GPU) so it can be very slow (if you want to actually train your own datasets)-Remember you can fine-tune Tortoise with your own custom voices for better results.
And yes, installation is not going to be that easy (at least, for those not in techie).
Otherwise, it is, in my opinion, the best of the bunch among open source ai speech generators.
That said, the quality is not yet at the level of the best paid tool, Eleven Labs (but the potential to reach such natural sounding levels is clearly there).

StyleTTS2
The tools leverages style diffusion as well as adversarial training along with large SLMs (speech language models) to achieve high quality human-level TTS synthesis.
Most importantly, StyleTTS2 sounds good and outperforms many other publicly available free ai voice generation models when compared.

Tacotron TTS
Tacotron also makes somewhat realistic voices and can be a worthy choice.

Bark TTS
A really good one this is – you can do a lot including uploading Jesse Pinkman’s voice(or your favorite idols) and then creating tailor-made voicemail greetings with the voices.
Now, to make a voice clone, what you need is only an audio clip (5-10 second long) plus the transcription.
Note that you use custom voice/audio samples to switch between different characters based on your needs(at inference time).
Cool, isn’t it?
Major downsides:
Well, no fine tuning yet but I understand they are working on adding the feature!
Oh, and you need a PC with a dedicated GPU for the tool if you don’t want to wait forever- inference is extremely slow with a CPU only PC!

Ai voice generator no sign up – more tools
If you are not into the above open source self-hostable ai tools, you may want to look at these ai voice generators:
Google Text-to-Speech ai voice free online
Google has it’s near human quality text-to-speech ai tool that (has tons of interesting perfect features including Voice tuning) helps you convert any text into super natural-sounding speech.
Note that you get $300 (as free credits) to use Google TTS through various Google platforms and devices.
Polly free ai voice generator by Amazon
Polly is a free online text-to-speech service with natural-sounding voices- It allows you to convert text into speech and download the audio files.
Do not forget that with Polly you get a year (for free) if you sign-up for AWS.
Ai voice generator no sign up – Final words
Reminder: You may not believe but all the big tech companies have some form of ai voice generators that bring out brilliant results.
For example, Azure Text-To-Speech by Microsoft gives you 250000 characters free per month(know you pay after that but 25k chars is quite significant).
But it is also critical to keep in mind that, for now, the best quality voices are being generated by paid services such as Eleven Labs (thanks to their top tier technology).
